OUR POLICIES (TERMS AND CONDITIONS)

Best price guaranteed policies

The prices indicated in Meubles Le Mieux stores and on our site are subject to change without notice. Therefore, photos of product price tags taken months ago to make a current purchase are not accepted. If the product on the site does not indicate the price, it is because they are exclusive products for sale only in stores. For more information, contact us at (579) 634-3414. If you find the same products made by the same supplier at a lower price in a store other than Meubles Le Mieux, we will make the same price as the competition minus 10%. To do this, you must provide us with proof - a photo of the product and the sale price tag displayed. Final sale or liquidation products and used products are excluded. * Promotional prices have a start and end date. If a customer buys a product with a discount and after its purchase there is another promotion, he is not entitled to benefit from the current promotion, because during his purchase he took advantage of the promotion in progress at that time.

Useful information. 1- It is normal for the seats of furniture purchased in our store or on the website to lose their firmness during the first months of use, since the elasticity of the foam decreases to a certain percentage. 2- Certain fabrics such as microfiber, velvet, etc., may reflect different colors depending on the angle of the fibers. 3- Some fabrics may have additional fibers which turn into pills and create a fleecy appearance. To eliminate pilling, we suggest the customer to use a device designed for this purpose. 4- Any piece of furniture can be modified if it is exposed to the sun, placed near a heat source or in a room with low humidity. 5- In the leather, you may notice insect bites, scars and wrinkles. This is perfectly normal as this material comes from animal skins. 6- In sectional and reclining models, the rear backrests of each section may be uneven and not straight, so this is not a manufacturing defect. 7- The junction of several materials can cause dents, so this is not a manufacturing defect. 8- Wood is a natural resource and may have irregularities or grain patterns, or it may have been intentionally hammered to create the desired effect. The result of the finish or color will vary depending on the species used or the desired effect.
